Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake with Cream Cheese Frosting

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
In a large bowl, beat the 24 oz of cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended.
Pour half of the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together and drizzle over the cheesecake layer. Lightly swirl with a knife.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt into the remaining cheesecake mixture. Spread over the cinnamon layer.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
For the frosting, beat 4 oz cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled cheesecake.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
