Succulent Steak and Shrimp Noodles

– 8 ounces of steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
– 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 ounces of noodles (choose your favorite type: rice noodles, udon, or soba noodles)
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 cup of broccoli florets
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish


1. Prepare the Noodles:
– Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Marinate the Steak and Shrimp:
– In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced steak and shrimp.
– Add soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
– Allow the steak and shrimp to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

3. Cook the Steak and Shrimp:
