Ingredients ( 8 Servings )
– 200 g butter, at room temperature
– 200 g caster sugar
– 200 g flour
– 4 eggs
– 1 packet baking powder
– 1 C. level teaspoon liquid vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Whisk the egg whites. Put the 4 egg whites in the bowl with a pinch of salt and give a boost.
Add the whisk and program 6 minutes, gradually increasing the speed to 3.5. Book.
Remove the whisk and beat the butter for 3 minutes V4 until the butter becomes creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and mix for 3 minutes V3, until the sugar is completely incorporated.
Mix for 2 minutes V3, adding the egg yolks little by little and waiting for each egg yolk to be incorporated and the vanilla extract.
By hand, in a salad bowl, gently fold the egg whites into this preparation.
Sift the flour and baking powder and add them gradually to the dough, stirring gently with a spatula so that the mixture does not fall.
Pour your batter into the mold and bake for 30 to 35 minutes
