The exact pizza dough


These ingredients are for making two large or three medium pizzas

3 cups of flour (the 250ml cup of tea)
The text of a small spoonful of salt
A small spoonful of sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast (or a sachet of ready-made)
Big spoonful of baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of regular yoghurt (125 ml)
We mix the first dry ingredients, all very well, to distribute the lifting materials

Add yogurt and oil and knead with water or water mixed with milk (liquids do not have a specific amount, we will add little by little until we get a soft and elastic dough that does not stick to the hands)

We put oil on our hands and wrap it from the outside and cover it well so that it does not make a crust and let it ferment for a suitable time (not less than 45 minutes)

After it has fermented, we divide it into balls according to the number of pizzas we are going to make, and let it rest for another 10 minutes, so that it remains easy with us per person. @tout le monde

Then we start to spread it on a pinch of flour, and if it is semolina flour (of Basbousa), it will be better
We stack them in the trays, pierce them with a fork, add the sauce and ingredients, and put them in the oven on the grid in the middle
The oven must be preheated for about a quarter of an hour at 220 degrees. It takes about three hours and it stays warm.
