°1 tsp vegetable oil 1 chop onion
°1 (12.5 oz) package frozen steak sandwich
°1 (14 ounce) wrapped egg roll
°4 tranches American cheese
°2 cups of oil for frying, or as needed
°1/4 cup ketchup
Heat a frying pan with a spoon of oil over a medium heat. Adding onions; cooking & stir to onions are translucent, for 5 min. Cut frozen steaks into a skillet. Cooking, stir, until no longer pink, for 10 min. Remove from fire and set aside.
Arrange the egg roll wrappers on a flat surface; Put half a slice of cheese on each piece. Put an equal amount of steak mixture on top of each cheese slice. Roll up egg rolls according to package directions, sealing edges, moistening with water if necessary.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a large frying pan, or heat a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Removal; Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with ketchup for dipping.
