TATER TOT SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds hot breakfast sausage

• 1 (30-32 ounces) bag frozen tater tots

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

• 1-1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

• 1/2 c mozzarella cheese

• 8 Eggs

• 2 c milk

HOW TO MAKE TATER TOT SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE:

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Use cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 3: Cook sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink. When done, drain excess fat.

Step 4: Place the tater tots, cooked sausage, and cheeses in a large bowl. Toss to combine and transfer into the prepared pan.

Step 5: In a different bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk. And pour this over the tater tot mixture.

Step 6: If baking later, cover the dish and store in the fridge.

Step 7: If serving now, bake in the preheated oven for about 60 to 70 minutes, uncovered or until the eggs are set.
