Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
β 4 lobster tails, shells removed and meat cleaned
β 2 tablespoons olive oil
β 1 teaspoon paprika
β 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
β 1/4 teaspoon salt
β 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:
β 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
β 3 garlic cloves, minced
β 1/2 cup heavy cream
β 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
β 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
β 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
β Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. **Prepare the Lobster Tails:**
β Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
β Pat the lobster tails dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
β Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lobster tails for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
