Ground Beef Tacos
โ Taco night just got better!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning (or make your own!)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Taco shells or soft tortillas
Shredded cheese
Lettuce, chopped
Tomatoes, diced
Sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for toppings
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add Flavor: Add the chopped onion and garlic to the beef, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce, simmering for 5 minutes.
Assemble: Spoon the seasoned beef into taco shells or soft tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole!
Serve: Serve immediately with extra toppings on the side. Perfect for a quick and fun dinner!
