Ingredients😋

1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Wooden or metal skewers

Directions👩‍🍳

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the beef cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thread the beef, bell peppers, onion wedges, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.
Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
