***Ingredients***
°1 pound shelled and shelled shrimp
°4 finely chopped garlic cloves
°1 cup fresh spinach
°1 cup of cream
°1/2 cup of fresh parmesan
°1/8 teas_poon paprika powder optional
°1 tables_poon of butter
°1/4 teasp_oon of paprika
°Salt and pepper
***Methods***
Heat oil and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the pra_wns with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides.
Cook the shrimp 30 seconds on each side then remove the skill.
Add more oil if needed and cook the garlic and ground red pepper for 15 seconds.
Add the fresh spinach, salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the fresh parmesan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until thick_ened.
Once the sauce has thick_ened, return the shrimp to the pan, cover with a lid and cook for another 30 seconds over low heat.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired
