Scampis with Cajun Shrimp


°12 raw pra_wns

°1 portion of pasta (pref_erably linguine)

°2 chop the garlic cloves

°2 c. butter

°1/2 c. Heavy cream

°Grated parmesan cheese

°1/8 t. basil

°Salt and pepper to taste

°flour (to thick)

°Cajun Seasoning

°1/4 c. parsley

°White wine (not sho_wn)

°olive oil (not illustrated)

Heat pan on medium_high heat. Add the butter, olive oil and white wine and bring to a boil.

Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Added pra_wns.

Then season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, be generous too!

When the pra_wns turn pink on one side, also turn the cooking over for another minute and also remove from the pan, leave the liquid.

Add the heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt, pepper as well.

Bring to a boil and wh_isk, dust_ing with flour to thi_cken the sauce.

Reduce the heat to medium_low and add the shrimp again.
