Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or steak strips ๐
1 green bell pepper, diced ๐ถ๏ธ
1 onion, diced ๐ง
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง
8 oz cream cheese, softened ๐ง
1 cup shredded provolone cheese ๐ง
12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended) ๐
1 cup beef broth ๐ฒ
Salt and pepper to taste ๐ง
1 tbsp olive oil ๐ฟ
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Sautรฉ Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sautรฉ until softened.
3๏ธโฃ Cook Meat: Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
4๏ธโฃ Combine Ingredients: Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
5๏ธโฃ Top with Cheese: Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
