Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or steak strips ๐Ÿ–
1 green bell pepper, diced ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
1 onion, diced ๐Ÿง…
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
8 oz cream cheese, softened ๐Ÿง€
1 cup shredded provolone cheese ๐Ÿง€
12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended) ๐Ÿ
1 cup beef broth ๐Ÿฒ
Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
1 tbsp olive oil ๐ŸŒฟ
Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2๏ธโƒฃ Sautรฉ Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sautรฉ until softened.
3๏ธโƒฃ Cook Meat: Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
4๏ธโƒฃ Combine Ingredients: Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
5๏ธโƒฃ Top with Cheese: Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
