Delicious 😋 Ingredients:

• 1 lb crab legs (king crab or snow crab)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crab Legs: If using frozen crab legs, thaw them by running under cold water or letting them sit at room temperature for a while.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
3. Add Lemon Juice and Seasoning: Stir in the lemon juice, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook the Crab Legs: Add the crab legs to the saucepan, turning them to coat in the garlic butter. Let them cook for 4-5 minutes, or until warmed through, basting occasionally with the butter sauce.
5. Serve: Transfer to a plate and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the crab legs. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Tips:

• Serve with extra lemon wedges and melted butter for dipping.
• For a richer flavor, try adding a splash of white wine to the butter sauce.
