Literally just made this up in about 20 minutes! Such comfort food and soooo good and easy!
One box of jiffy cornbread mix follow instructions of making it ,put in small pan,add a can of chili with beans, does not have to be name brand,swirl it on top a little bit in the corn bread mix, all I had was sliced cheese tore it up put it in top, sprinkled cumin on it, baked it till the cornbread was done, whenever a knife inserted was clean. Let it get a little crunchy on the sides. I topped individual servings with sour cream omg so good!! Cheap and soooo easy!
