•½ tsp onion powder

•Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1.Prepare the Tater Tots:

•Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

•Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil (optional). Bake according to package instructions (about 20 minutes) until crispy and golden.

2.Make the Sausage Gravy:
