Mixed Grill Platter with Fries

Recipe:

Ingredients:
For the Mixed Grill:

1 lb pork ribs
1 lb beef sausages (or cevapi, if available)
1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
1/2 lb pork belly strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Fries:

1 lb potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt, to taste
Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning
For the Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce for a spicy kick
Instructions:
For the Mixed Grill:

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss each type of meat in the marinade separately.
Grill the pork ribs for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.
Grill the sausages and pork belly strips for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Grill the chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
For the Fries:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer.
Toss potato fries in vegetable oil and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Alternatively, deep fry the fries until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Season fries with salt and optional spices while hot.
For the Dipping Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using). Stir until well combined.
To Serve: Arrange the grilled meats and fries on a large platter. Serve with the dipping sauce and garnish with sliced cucumber or lemon wedges for a fresh touch. Enjoy this hearty and satisfying mixed grill feast!
