•1 cup diced tomatoes

•1/2 cup sour cream

•1/4 cup salsa or hot sauce (optional)

•1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

•1 tablespoon vegetable oil (if frying tortillas yourself)

Instructions

1.Prepare the Ground Beef:

•Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

•Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
