– 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
– 4 tbsp butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil for garnish
Directions:
Start by cooking your pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once it’s ready, drain it and set it aside. Next, grab a skillet and melt the butter over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and cubed chicken, cooking it until the chicken is a lovely golden brown.
