Garlic Butter Lobster and Shrimp
Ingredients:
– 4 lobster tails
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, and brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture.
5. Add the shrimp to the baking sheet, arranging them around the lobster tails. Brush the shrimp with the remaining garlic butter.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
