chicken wings with mushrooms
Ingredients:
10 chicken wings, cut in half
6 mushrooms
Ginger slices
Green onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken wings with ginger slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken wings skin-side down.
Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with green onions and stir.
Serve and enjoy!
