Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
•1 (16-inch) loaf Italian bread
•1 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
•2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
•1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
•1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
•Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.Preheat the Oven
•Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Prepare the Bread
•Slice the top off the loaf of Italian bread and hollow out the center, creating a “boat” to hold the filling. Be careful not to cut through the bottom or sides.
3.Make the Filling
•In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
•Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
4.Stuff the Bread
•Spoon the chicken mixture into the hollowed-out bread, pressing gently to fill it completely.
5.Bake the Bread
•Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet.
•Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6.Add Toppings and Serve
•Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon and chopped parsley on top.
