No-Bake Peanut Butter Clusters Recipe

Ingredients:

•1 cup creamy peanut butter

•1/2 cup honey or corn syrup (for sweetness)

•3 cups rice crisps cereal

•1 cup dry roasted peanuts

•1/2 cup mini M&M’s

Instructions:

1.Prepare the base:

In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter and honey (or corn syrup) over medium-low heat until smooth and well combined. Remove from heat.

2.Mix the dry ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice crisps cereal, peanuts, and mini M&M’s.

3.Combine:

Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and gently mix until everything is evenly coated.

4.Form the clusters:

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Set:

Let the clusters cool at room temperature or refrigerate them for 15–20 minutes until firm.

6.Serve:

Once set, enjoy these crunchy, sweet, and salty treats!
