Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 large cucumbers, diced
ยฝ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
ยฝ cup mayonnaise
ยฝ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced cucumbers, chopped red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes.
