– 1 tsp cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 4 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

– For the Burrito:
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
– 1/4 cup chopped onions
– Salsa or hot sauce (optional)

#### Instructions

1. Prepare the Beef:
– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned.
– Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

2. Cook the Eggs:
– In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
– In a non-stick skillet, pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to scramble until just set. Add in the shredded cheese and stir until melted.

3. Assemble the Burritos:
– Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
– Layer each tortilla with a portion of the beef filling, scrambled eggs, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.
– Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
