Ingredients:
4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Make the Garlic Lemon Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
